KonAutomate collects the personal information you voluntarily provide through the contact form: full name, email address, phone number (optional), company name, project type and message. We also automatically collect limited technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and anonymized audience-measurement purposes.
Your information is used solely to: (a) contact you to discuss your project; (b) prepare an offer tailored to your business; (c) ensure the security and proper operation of the site. We do not enroll you in any newsletter without your separate explicit consent.
By submitting the form, you expressly consent to the collection and use of your information for the purposes described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to our privacy officer.
Your personal information is never sold, rented or traded. It may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, transactional email) and bound by contractual confidentiality obligations. No information is communicated outside Canada without a prior privacy impact assessment, in accordance with Law 25.
Your information is kept only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and for a maximum of 24 months after our last exchange, after which it is destroyed or anonymized.
In accordance with Law 25, you have the right to access your personal information, rectify it, request its deletion, withdraw your consent, and file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec. To exercise a right, contact our privacy officer.
This site uses only essential cookies by default. No advertising or profiling cookies are placed. Audience-measurement cookies are only enabled with your consent and their data is anonymized.
