Privacy Policy

Under Quebec's Law 25, the person responsible for the protection of personal information at KonAutomate is TODO_NOM_DU_RESPONSABLE, TODO_TITRE.

Two things only.

• What you voluntarily enter in the contact form: your name, your email, your company name if you fill it in, and the content of your message.
• Technical data generated automatically on every visit: IP address, browser type, pages viewed. It keeps the site running and secure.

We collect no sensitive information, we buy no lists, and we build no advertising profiles.

• To answer your request and get back to you about the project you describe.
• To send you an automatic acknowledgement confirming your message arrived.
• To protect the form against automated submissions, by limiting how many are accepted per IP address.

This form does not subscribe you to any newsletter, and we do not use your message for anything other than replying to it.

By submitting the form you consent to our using this information to reply to you. That consent covers this specific purpose, and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

Requests received through the form are kept for 24 months in our mailbox and then deleted, unless they led to a business relationship. In that case they are kept for the duration of the engagement and any applicable legal retention period.

Our host's technical logs are kept for that provider's own short retention period, for security purposes only.

We do not sell or rent your information. It passes through the providers that run this site:

• Cloudflare, which hosts and serves the site.
• Lovable, which provides the application platform and the email sending service used by the form.
• Google Fonts, which serves the site's typefaces. That service receives your IP address when the page loads; we send it nothing else.

These providers act on our behalf and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

The providers above operate infrastructure spread across several countries. Your information may therefore be processed or stored outside Quebec, including in the United States, where it is subject to local law.

Law 25 requires us to carry out a privacy impact assessment before such a transfer. That assessment is being documented with each provider. Write to us if you would like to know where it stands.

Quebec law gives you the right to:

• Know what information we hold about you and obtain a copy of it.
• Have it corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Withdraw your consent and ask us to stop using it.
• Request its deletion, subject to our legal retention obligations.
• Receive your information in a structured, commonly used technological format, or ask that it be transferred to a third party.
• File a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information if our response does not satisfy you.

To exercise any of these rights, write to vieprivee@konautomate.com. We respond within 30 days, as the law requires.

The site is served entirely over HTTPS and the form is protected against automated submissions. Access to received requests is limited to the people who need to answer them.

In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we will notify the people concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information, and record it in our incident register, as the law requires.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page always indicates the version in force.
