The text, visuals, illustrations and interface mockups shown here describe our service offering. They are provided for information and constitute neither a contractual offer nor a guarantee of results.

Project examples are presented anonymously, and the interfaces illustrated are representations, not screenshots of real client data.

The content of this site, including the KonAutomate name, logo and graphic elements, belongs to us. You may read and share it, but not reproduce it for commercial purposes without our written agreement.

Code produced under an engagement belongs to the client, on the terms set out in that engagement's contract.

You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, not to access it through abusive automated means, and not to use the contact form to send unsolicited messages.

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, without being able to guarantee it at all times. We cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from use of the site or its unavailability.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
